Cet article porte sur une \u00e9tude exp\u00e9rimentale du comportement thermom\u00e9canique d\u2019une poutre\u00a0 isostatique en\u00a0 profil\u00e9 lamin\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e\u00a0 par des \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques, assembl\u00e9s au moyen de cordons de soudures et sollicit\u00e9e par une\u00a0 charge concentr\u00e9e (essai de flexion\u00a0 trois points). L\u2019impact de la technique de soudure employ\u00e9e (cordons continus et discontinus) sur le comportement de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment est analys\u00e9. Des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques sont \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en utilisant un code de calcul bas\u00e9 sur la m\u00e9thode des \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis o\u00f9\u00a0 l\u2019effet thermique d\u00fb \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration de soudage est pris en consid\u00e9ration.
