KTCN (25mg\/kg) was administered to male Wistar rats orally for 14 days.<br \/>\nKetoconazole generated weight changes (increased relative weight of thymus, adrenals and brain and decreased weight of testes), testicular tissue damage and a decrease in testosterone serum accompanied by immunosuppression (decrease in lymphocytes and increase in neutrophilia levels).<br \/>\nThese changes in body weight and tissue could have several origins which glucocorticoids play the role of conductor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Ketoconazole &#8211; Testosterone &#8211; Immunosuppression &#8211; Testicular damage.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Num\u00e9ro de la revue: 27 Auteurs: Kamilia Guedri, Hac\u00e8ne Frih, Aziez Chettoum, Asma Latreche,\u00a0Leila Sahraoui, Nadia\u00a0Boukhris &amp; Abdelkrim Tahraoui.
