Elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la technique la plus simple et la moins ch\u00e8re. Cependant, les probl\u00e8mes inh\u00e9rents aux r\u00e9actions chimiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;interface, \u00e0 la difficult\u00e9 de mouillage des particules par le m\u00e9tal et l\u2019apparition de la porosit\u00e9 sont les principaux probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s. Ceux-ci sont en grande partie influenc\u00e9s par plusieurs facteurs, tels que; la temp\u00e9rature de fusion, le type, la quantit\u00e9 et la nature des particules, ainsi que la vitesse et le temps brassage. Dans la premi\u00e8re partie de ce travail, les effets de la vitesse de malaxage et du taux de renfort sur la structure et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques d\u2019un composite A356\/SiCp moul\u00e9 synth\u00e9tis\u00e9 au laboratoire ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. 5 \u00e0 20%\u00a0de renfort de 22 \u00e0 63 \u03bcm dimensions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incorpor\u00e9s. Le m\u00e9lange a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous une vitesse de 100 \u00e0 500 tr\/minutes pour un temps de 10 minutes. La microstructure (optique, \u00e9lectronique) examin\u00e9e a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 une faible vitesse, les particules ont eu tendance regroupement avec un pourcentage croissant du renfort en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant beaucoup de porosit\u00e9s.
