Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus montrent que les semences qui ont subi un traitement de vieillissement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 pendant deux jours poss\u00e8dent des potentialit\u00e9s germinatives \u00e9lev\u00e9es par rapport \u00e0 celles qui ont subi un traitement de quatre jours, la chute du pourcentage de germination a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus importante, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s Bousellam et Setefis. La diff\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 de ce fait\u00a0 tr\u00e8s hautement significative. Une chute tr\u00e8s hautement significative du nombre moyen des racines est not\u00e9e chez les six vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de bl\u00e9 dur par rapport aux t\u00e9moins\u00a0; Bousellam apr\u00e8s quatre jours de traitement affiche le meilleur r\u00e9sultat. Concernant la longueur moyenne des col\u00e9optiles et la longueur moyenne des racines\u00a0; une baisse non significative de croissance par rapport au t\u00e9moin a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e\u00a0; l\u2019aptitude \u00e0 la croissance est meilleure chez la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 Bousellam. Cette derni\u00e8re semble n\u00e9anmoins se distinguer des autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s, en ce sens que le pouvoir germinatif est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et traduit une aptitude plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 la conservation et au stockage.
