{"id":543,"date":"2014-04-10T11:24:12","date_gmt":"2014-04-10T10:24:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/direction\/?p=543"},"modified":"2020-02-13T09:24:00","modified_gmt":"2020-02-13T08:24:00","slug":"procedure-devaluation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/synthese.univ-annaba.dz\/?p=543","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Proc\u00e9dures de recevabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019expertise des articles soumis<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La revue fonctionne en double anonymat (<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Double blind<\/strong><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les papiers \u00e0 \u00e9valuer sont transmis aux reviewers avec suppressions des noms des auteurs ainsi que leur affiliation. les \u00e9valuateurs sont anonymes.<br \/>\nAvant le processus d\u2019expertise, les articles soumis doivent v\u00e9rifier les crit\u00e8res de recevabilit\u00e9 suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0 Le th\u00e8me propos\u00e9 rel\u00e8ve d\u2019un des domaines couverts par la revue<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Le respect des instructions aux auteurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les articles conformes sont ensuite envoy\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re anonyme aux experts dont l\u2019affiliation est diff\u00e9rente de celle des signataires de l\u2019article. Il est demand\u00e9 aux experts de transmettre leurs rapports dans un d\u00e9lai de 4 semaines. L\u2019acceptation de l\u2019article est acquise apr\u00e8s obtention de deux r\u00e9ponses favorables (et apr\u00e8s correction du document par les auteurs et lev\u00e9e des r\u00e9serves par les experts). En cas de r\u00e9ponses contradictoires, un troisi\u00e8me expert est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 et sa d\u00e9cision est tranchante\u00a0; il en va de m\u00eame, en cas de litige entre les auteurs et les experts. Les d\u00e9cisions finales accompagnant les rapports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s sont: <em>(i) accept\u00e9, (ii) accept\u00e9 apr\u00e8s r\u00e9visions mineures, (iii) accept\u00e9 apr\u00e8s r\u00e9visions majeures, (iv) rejet\u00e9 sous la forme actuelle <\/em>ou<em> (v) rejet\u00e9 pour raison de fond.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Reviewing procedure<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prior to sending submitted papers for evaluation, the requirements for manuscript submissions are first technically checked, i.e., the following criteria have to be met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manuscripts should fall within the scope of the journal<\/li>\n<li>Manuscripts are scanned through an anti-plagiarism software<\/li>\n<li>Instructions to authors are respected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, the submitted manuscript is assigned to a member of the editorial board to conduct the double-blind peer-reviewing process. The anonymous manuscript is send to at least two reviewers who are not members of the academic staff of the institution from which the submitted manuscript originates. The referees are kindly asked to give their reply within four weeks. The manuscript is accepted for publication upon two positive evaluations (after corrections of either minor or major revisions). In the case of contradictory reviewer decisions or a conflict between authors and reviewers, a third reviewer is appointed and whose decision is definitive. The final decision that accompanies reviewers\u2019 reports could: (i) <i>accepted<\/i>, (ii) <i>accepted with minor corrections<\/i>, (iii) <i>accepted with major revisions<\/i>, (iv) <i>rejected under the present form<\/i> or (v) <i>rejected for substance reasons<\/i>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proc\u00e9dures de recevabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019expertise des articles soumis La revue fonctionne en double anonymat (Double blind).
