Des plantules sont soumises \u00e0 des analyses de la biomasse, du statut \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (teneurs en pigments chlorophylliens), du dosage d\u2019osmoprotecteurs tels la proline, les sucres solubles et les prot\u00e9ines totales. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent un effet salinit\u00e9 li\u00e9 \u00e0 la concentration et \u00e0 la combinaison mise en jeu (NaCl, Nacl+CaCl<sub>2<\/sub>). Au niveau de la phytomasse, aussi bien pour la production de mati\u00e8re fraiche que pour celle de la mati\u00e8re s\u00e8che, les r\u00e9ponses racinaires sont similaires, notamment en T<sub>1<\/sub> et T<sub>4<\/sub>. Les aptitudes de d\u00e9veloppement et de croissance en milieu salin semblent en \u00eatre les initiateurs. L\u2019\u00e9nergie cellulaire traduite par les pigments chlorophylliens r\u00e9pond diff\u00e9remment selon le stress appliqu\u00e9. Le t\u00e9moin affiche un meilleur rendement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Les teneurs en proline diminuent sous les fortes concentrations salines. Le traitement T<sub>3<\/sub>, m\u00eame non significatif, montre une accumulation de l\u2019acide amin\u00e9 voisine du t\u00e9moin. Par ailleurs, les teneurs les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es en prot\u00e9ines totales sont obtenues en T<sub>2<\/sub> et T<sub>4<\/sub> respectivement.
