L\u2019approche par r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire simple est bas\u00e9e sur des descripteurs mol\u00e9culaires th\u00e9oriques (g\u00e9om\u00e9triques) 3D obtenus \u00e0 l\u2019aide du logiciel DRAGON et diff\u00e9rents descripteurs logP calcul\u00e9s. La robustesse et la capacit\u00e9 pr\u00e9dictive des mod\u00e8les ont \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de statistiques de validations internes (validations crois\u00e9es LOO et LMO ; bootstrap) et externe. Clog s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 le meilleur descripteur pour la mod\u00e9lisation de la grandeur d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat consid\u00e9r\u00e9e.
