Les analyses de la flore microbienne des eaux procur\u00e9es de six stations pendant les p\u00e9riodes humides et s\u00e8ches de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2009 ont montr\u00e9 que la notion de saison a une influence certaine sur la concentration en germes.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 la forte charge en bact\u00e9ries indicatrices de la contamination f\u00e9cale (germes totaux, coliformes f\u00e9caux, streptocoques f\u00e9caux et Clostridium sulfito-r\u00e9ducteurs), les germes pathog\u00e8nes du genre Salmonella n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s. L&rsquo;existence \u00e9ventuelle de ces germes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat viable mais non cultivable constituerait un risque particulier du fait que les bact\u00e9ries survivant \u00e0 cet \u00e9tat ne sont pas d\u00e9tectables par les techniques de culture classique. Par ailleurs, les levures et les moisissures sont pr\u00e9sentes dans tous les sites \u00e9tudi\u00e9s, ce qui rejoint nos conclusions concernant les germes pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9tudi\u00e9s.<br \/>\nNos r\u00e9sultats montrent une d\u00e9gradation importante dans la qualit\u00e9 des eaux de l\u2019oued Medjerda notamment dans les sites 3 (cit\u00e9 Zarouria) et 4 (cit\u00e9 hospitali\u00e8re).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s<\/strong> : Oued Medjerda, Eau, Environnement, Pollution, Qualit\u00e9 microbiologique<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Num\u00e9ro de la revue: 25 Auteurs: Ali Abdelmotaleb Barour1, Mohamed Benslama2, Azzedine Chefrour3 &amp; Choukri Barour1 1 D\u00e9partement de Biologie, Centre Universitaire de Souk-Ahras, B.P.
