En effet, ces symbioses mycorhiziennes jouent un r\u00f4le primordial dans la bios\u00e9questration du carbone, le cycle des nutriments, la biodiversit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et la productivit\u00e9 des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes naturels et agricoles. C\u2019est pourquoi, \u00e0 l\u2019heure du d\u00e9veloppement durable, l\u2019utilisation des mycorhizes repr\u00e9sente un des enjeux majeurs, non seulement, pour une agriculture limitant les intrants chimiques et permettant une optimisation qualitative et quantitative de la production v\u00e9g\u00e9tale mais aussi pour une gestion et une rem\u00e9diation des sols d\u00e9grad\u00e9s respectueuses de la sant\u00e9 de l\u2019homme et de son environnement. La symbiose mycorhizienne et plus particuli\u00e8rement celle \u00e0 arbuscules qui concerne plus de 80% des plantes terrestres et la presque totalit\u00e9 des plantes cultiv\u00e9es, conduit \u00e0 une meilleure croissance et \u00e0 une meilleure r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 divers stress biotiques et abiotiques pour le partenaire v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.
