A cet \u00e9gard, 2 lots d\u2019\u00e9chantillons al\u00e9atoires d\u2019escargots Helix aspersa ont \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9s au niveau de 2 sites dans la r\u00e9gion Sud d\u2019Annaba durant l\u2019automne 2009. La premi\u00e8re Sidi Amar est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme hautement pollu\u00e9e en raison de sa proximit\u00e9 du complexe sid\u00e9rurgique d\u2019El Hadjar. La seconde Dr\u00e9an, une commune agricole, principalement connue pour son tabac, ses oranges et ses vignes et situ\u00e9e \u00e0 20 Km de la premi\u00e8re, est moins pollu\u00e9e. Les variables morphom\u00e9triques : Diam\u00e8tres et Hauteurs de la coquille, Poids Total de l\u2019escargot, Poids de la coquille vide et Poids de la masse visc\u00e9rale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble des \u00e9chantillons. Les donn\u00e9es recueillies\u00a0 montrent des diff\u00e9rences\u00a0 remarquables pour tous ces param\u00e8tres avec une croissance plus accentu\u00e9e au niveau de Dr\u00e9an. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon de Dr\u00e9an cumule un poids moyen de 10.87 g tandis que celui de Sidi Amar n\u2019en cumule que 7.7 g. De plus, l\u2019application du Test t de Student montre des diff\u00e9rences hautement significatives entre les variables morphom\u00e9triques des individus provenant des 2 sites Sidi Amar et Dr\u00e9an (p&lt; 0.001).
